7 pups were left abandoned in rural Texas - the call was put out for help and we could not let them go to the shelter where they would have only 3 days to find a home before the worst imaginable thing would happen!  With the help of our friends, we got them into to homes until they were cleared to come to New York and New Lives!  Please meet the Pit Crew!!

Pretty Caliper! This lovey is smart and eager to please! She is learning basic commands with her foster family and is ready to learn more! Caliper is well socialized, loves people, especially children, and does well with other dogs. She is very playful, energetic and is easily entertained. She loves to snuggle in your lap when it's wind down time! Caliper is doing well on her house training but will require additional time and patience in her new home! She loves to play with toys!   We ask that you initiate formal training upon adoption to ensure he becomes a well mannered dog.  It is very important to put the time into them now while they are young, small puppies and easy to handle as opposed to waiting until they are big and strong full grown dogs.  If you think you have the right home for Caliper,  please apply.

Caliper is spayed, up to date with vaccines, microchipped, flea/worm treated.  His adoption fee is $350 - please apply online if you are interested in adopting!

  • If you would like to adopt one of our "Pixies" you must fill out an application- it is the first step in the adoption process and we cannot move forward without a completed application.   
 
  • We initially contact potential adopters via email with any additional questions or concerns. Please check your spam/junk folders.  

  •  We will call your vet's office for a reference - you must call them and give permission to release information to Pixie Mamas Rescue.

  • All animals breeds & ages are 'to our best our knowledge'

  • We DO NOT adopt out of state (including Canada) OR over 1 1/2 hours away from Buffalo, NY. NO exceptions. Please do not apply. (Any travel IN our adoption area is at the discretion of the foster home.)
