7 pups were left abandoned in rural Texas - the call was put out for help and we could not let them go to the shelter where they would have only 3 days to find a home before the worst imaginable thing would happen!  With the help of our friends, we got them into to homes until they were cleared to come to New York and New Lives!  Please meet the Pit Crew!!

Lug Nut is a 3 month old lab/pit mix puppy.  He is absolutely gorgeous in person!  He is an awesome little dog.  He is vibrant, confident and can keep up with the “big dogs” without any problems.  He is vocal when he plays but is mostly very well behaved and eager to please.  The puppies are learning the basics of house training  but aren’t there yet so this will need to be continued in their new homes.  Lug nut  is crate trained and sleeps through the night but please expect him to have an adjustment period when he gets to his new home.  He is learning how to walk on a leash but right now he thinks it’s super cool to take the leash and try and walk himself.  He loves toys!  He loves other dogs and he is good with kids.  Lug Nut will be a large breed dog.  We ask that you initiate formal training upon adoption to ensure he becomes a well mannered dog.  It is very important to put the time into them now while they are young, small puppies and easy to handle as opposed to waiting until they are big and strong full grown dogs.  If you think you have the right home for Lug Nut please apply.

Lug Nut is neutered, up to date with vaccines, microchipped, flea/worm treated.  His adoption fee is $350 - please apply online if you are interested in adopting!
