7 pups were left abandoned in rural Texas - the call was put out for help and we could not let them go to the shelter where they would have only 3 days to find a home before the worst imaginable thing would happen!  With the help of our friends, we got them into to homes until they were cleared to come to New York and New Lives!  Please meet the Pit Crew!!

Fender is a 3 month old lab/pit mix puppy.   Another big boy at almost 18 pounds!  He is just a big baby though!  He is an awesome little dog.  He is pretty  well behaved and eager to please.  The puppies are learning the basics of house training  but aren’t there yet so this will need to be continued in their new homes.  Fender is crate trained and sleeps through the night but please expect him to have an adjustment period when he gets to his new home.    He loves toys!  He loves other dogs and he is good with kids.  Fender will be a large breed dog.  We ask that you initiate formal training upon adoption to ensure he becomes a well mannered dog.  It is very important to put the time into them now while they are young, small puppies and easy to handle as opposed to waiting until they are big and strong full grown dogs.  If you think you have the right home for Fender please apply.

Fender is neutered, up to date with vaccines, microchipped, flea/worm treated.  His adoption fee is $350 - please apply online if you are interested in adopting!

  • If you would like to adopt one of our "Pixies" you must fill out an application- it is the first step in the adoption process and we cannot move forward without a completed application.   
 
  • We initially contact potential adopters via email with any additional questions or concerns. Please check your spam/junk folders.  

  •  We will call your vet's office for a reference - you must call them and give permission to release information to Pixie Mamas Rescue.

  • All animals breeds & ages are 'to our best our knowledge'

  • We DO NOT adopt out of state (including Canada) OR over 1 1/2 hours away from Buffalo, NY. NO exceptions. Please do not apply. (Any travel IN our adoption area is at the discretion of the foster home.)
