9/14 update - Anabelle will be at the Pet Supplies Plus, 3440 Sheridan Drive from 11-2PM this Saturday 9/19 as a guest of Black Dog Second Chance Rescue.  Thank you BDSCR for inviting us!  Please come out and meet Miss Ana - she will love to meet you!


9/4 - Annabelle is now spayed and up to date with all of her shots.  She is heartworm neg and microchipped too.  This girl is ready for a new home!  Anabelle has the best personality, more the pug breed then the beagle (Heidi is the beagle type puggle).  Anabelle reminds me a little like an English Bulldog, she is a bit on the pudgy side!  She would be a great family dog, much more sturdier then a toy breed!  Anabelle is housetrained too!  She loves to go for walks and is just beside herself when she sees the leash.  And mention a car ride - the dog is glued to your side! 

8/6 update - We are now accepting applications for Anabelle!  Her skin issues have cleared up and she has a beautiful coat now!  This little girl is so sweet and affectionate, she is just so grateful that she feels  good now.  Anabelle does great on her potty habits and LOVES to go for walks.  She gets so excited when she sees her leash come out.  Anabelle likes the little dogs here and is only interested in playing with the cat.  She is  set to be spayed in Early September so if you are interested in adopting but willing to wait a couple weeks, apply online! 


Anabelle is being treated for a severe flea reaction.  Her body is full of welts and sores from trying to relieve the itching and pain.  Anabelle tail is swollen from rubbing it on the concrete and she has a yeast infection in her ear.  She has been to the vet and is on all the right medication and supplements to get her healthy again!


Anabelle is a beautiful 3 year old 'puggle' that was turned into us by her owners because she had a severe skin issue due to a major case of fleas.  We immediately took care of the fleas and she immediately felt better and her skin started to improve almost right away!  Anabelle is still recovering - she is getting good food and nutrients to help her heal along with medicated bathes and some medicine.  She needs more time if foster care to get her to where she needs to be health wise and then she will be vetted (spayed, microchipped and vaccinated).  Anabelle is a sweet girl, so affectionate.  She always wants to know where you are so she can hang out with you.  She is VERY smart and is a quick learner.  Anabelle likes all the dogs here and does not mind the cat.  She LOVES to go for walks and play with toys too.  This 'little' girl loves to be loved!
