Rubby is a 5-7 year old Boston Terrier, he weighs about 24 pounds.    He was found as a stray and the dog control officer contacted PMR for help and we gladly said yes to this handsome fellow! 

Rubby is a typical Boston - LOTS of energy and love!  He is a happy go lucky guy - very eager to be with his people.  Rubby is crate and leash trained - He really likes to go for walks and has lots of energy to do so!  He is also housetrained - his foster mom has had no accidents!  He is good with other dogs but like a boston, will get in their face to say hi.  No issues with cats - some barking but nothing out of hand.  Rubby likes kids and really likes men!  He is so cuddly with his foster dad.  Rubby would be great with an active family, person or couple!  He is a great boy. 

Rubby is neutered, up to date on vaccines, microchiopped, heartworm tested neg, flea/worm treated.  Rubby also had a tumor removed from his back - it was malignant but the vets feel he is healthy and will live a love happy life!  His adoption fee is $200.  Please apply online if you are interested in this funny boy!

  • We DO NOT adopt out of state (including Canada) OR over 1 1/2 hours away from Buffalo, NY. NO exceptions. Please do not apply. (Any travel IN our adoption area is at the discretion of the foster home.)
