Wallace is quite the cutie!  He is a dachshund mix - probably with Chihuahua.  He has the best ears ever - when you get his attention, they stick straight up!  Wallace is 9 years old and weighs about 16 pounds - short and a bit chubby!  He was taken to a local shelter due to moving and he did not have great behavior in the big kennels there.  So we scooped the little guy up and he is doing fine in his foster home!

Wallace is crate and leash trained - he loves to go for walks!  He is good with other dogs but is a typical doxie with cats.  He does bark at them!  He appears to be housetrained but please expect accidents as he adjusts to his new home.  Wallace is a sweet boy , he loves to be outside but he also loves to just love to snooze under a blanket!  He is good in the car too.  He would be good in an apartment but a fenced yard would be ideal.  Please don't let his age dissuade you  - he is a great dog that will be a great companion! 

Wallace is neutered, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, heartworm tested neg, flea/worm treated and has been given a dental recently!   His adoption fee is $150,  just something to help with his vet costs.  Please apply online if you are interested in adopting this handsome boy!
