This adorable Labradoodle is Schmitty!  He is 8 months old and weighs about 48 pounds - still just a pup so he will gain a few more pounds we think!   Schmitty is owner surrender - they were an elderly couple that could not handle the energy this young dog has!  He needs an active family to keep up with him!

Schmitty is a very nice, FRIENDLY dog!  He loves everyone, especially kids!  He wants to play and run and have fun!  He has some good training - he knows sit, shake, down, crate and a couple of other commands.  He is still just a puppy so he needs some work on other things like drop it!  Schmitty is housetrained and crate trained and also walks well on a leash.  These are 2 high energy breeds that need a lot of activity!  A fenced yard would be ideal for Schmitty so he can use those long legs of his!  He is a very elegant runner!  Schmitty is fine with other dogs and has no issues with cats.  He likes people and will make a great family dog!

Schmitty is neutered, up to date with vaccines, heartworm tested neg, microchipped, flea/worm treated.  His adoption fee is $300 - please apply online if you would like to make this handsome fellow your new best friend!
