Sasha is a 2 ^1/2  year old Jack Russell mix  (maybe with toy fox terrier?) that came to us from a local shelter.  Her former owners were not treating her too well and she taken in by the dog control officer.   She didn't like being at the shelter, like most small dogs, so here she is looking for a new life!

Although Sasha is local, she tested positive for heartworm.  She has completed her treatment and will be re-tested at the beginning of June.  Any of her medical costs associated with her treatment will continue to be paid for by Pixie Mamas until she is heartworm neg!  She has lots of energy but needs to be kept calm until her treatment is over.

Sasha is very affectionate and sweet!  She loves her foster family very much!  She can be a bossy girl with other dogs  - she likes to tell them what to do and it is going to be her way or the highway!  She  will bark at cats and give a little chase - nothing too dramatic, typical JRT!  Sasha is crate trained, leash trained and appears to be nicely housetrained.  She enjoys being outside so a fenced yard would be ideal too!  Sasha will make a great companion to a single person or a family!  She will be a nice playmate for kids and also loves to cuddle.  Sasha is a good little watch dog too!

Sasha is now spayed, up to date on vaccines, microchipped and has just finished her heartworm treatment.  Her adoption fee is $175.  Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding her treatment!  Don't pass this sweet girl up just because of her condition!  She is too good to be overlooked!
