Maverick is a young purebred wirehaired dachshund.  He was recently surrendered to Pixie Mamas because his owner did not have enough time for him!  She was very sad but we promised to find Maverick a home where he would get all the attention in the world! 

Maverick is just about 2 years old and weighs around 11 pounds. He is leash and crate trained.  He is doing well on his housetraining but could use a good routine and reinforcement so  expect accidents initially.  Maverick loves other dogs and loves to play!  He is fine with cats but will want to play with them too.  Kids are fine - he does great!  Maverick is loveable and fun - he will be a great family dog or a friend to an active person.  This little guy is just adorable!

Maverick is neutered, up to date with vaccines, heartworm tested neg and de-wormed.  His adoption fee is $250- please apply online if you are interested in adopting this little cutie!
