This tiny little guy is Oswald - a 5 pound, 3 year old pom boy.  He is very tiny - his coat makes him look much bigger then he is!  He was rescued from a very high kill shelter along with a few others - and he is very happy to be here instead!  He is still a little shy, we are not sure of his background.  He is just getting used to being in a home now and out of a shelter.  He wants to be pet and touched but still is a little nervous about being picked up.  Once he starts to trust, he will come to you very quickly.  I think in time it will be no problem for him, he just needs patience and love! 

Oswald is learning alot in his foster home - like stairs for one.  He is being worked with daily so he will have it in no time.  He is also being taught to walk on a leash.  His new home will have to have a fenced yard or also be willing to work with him on leash training.  He is crate trained.  He was neutered later in life (when we got him!) so we are assuming he will need a little more guidance with his housetraining for a bit.  He absolutely loves to be outside, he is just so happy! Oswald is fine with other dogs, he likes them very much.  He is good with cats too.  He is a very nice, sweet little guy that will be a wonderful addition to a little dog loving home!
