Say hi to our cutie patootie Dalton! This sweet 3-month-old Cavapoo is on the lookout for his forever home! Dalton currently weighs about 7 pounds and will likely be around the 15 pound range when fully grown. 

Dalton is about as sweet as he is cute! He is playful and full of fun.  He loves to be outside, whether it's playing or snoozing in the sunshine.   He’s great with other dogs and loves to have a playful wrestle. He’s also been around cats in his foster home, and he just wants to make new friends and have fun! He is a great snuggler with people and other dogs alike.  

Dalton is a bit more reserved than his brother, still very social and loving but not so demanding of attention from his foster mom. He’s an energetic little guy, and while he’s doing well with his housetraining, remember that he’s still just a puppy, so there might be a few accidents along the way. With some continued training, he’ll grow into a fantastic companion, and he does use potty pads regularly.

Dalton enjoys the freedom of a fully fenced yard in his foster home, but he hasn’t been introduced to a leash just yet. And don’t let his small size fool you—he has a big bark that matches his playful spirit!

He’s been professionally groomed and will need regular grooming every few months, so just a little heads up on that extra loving care!

Dalton is up to date on his vaccines, microchipped, and dewormed. He will receive his rabies vaccination when he is neutered on November 25th at Operation Pets. The adopter will be responsible for taking him to this appointment. The cost of his neuter is included in the adoption fee. His adoption fee is $700 which will help with the care of all the wonderful dogs in our rescue still waiting for their forever homes or our forever fosters needs.  

We require that a martingale collar be used at the time of adoption. If you do not have a martingale collar, you can purchase one from Pixie Mamas for an additional $10. This requirement is in place to ensure the dog's safety and security.
