This husky, manly man is Apollo, one of Mama Allie’s pups.  He may be small, but he struts around as if he is a bulldog.  Such muscular legs!  Such a broad chest! He knows he is a sexy boy and is obviously the Master of his Universe.

Apollo is a 3 month old chihuahua mix, with sleek fur the color of caramel candy.  He has one thin, white stripe that peeks over the top of his head and then picks up and expands across his chest.  He is easy going & fun loving, nothing seems to rattle his Zen nature.  He will play chase with his littermates if they want him to.  He will collapse into a snuggle pile if that is what everyone else is doing. He is the fur-covered version of your stereotypical California Surfer Dude. 

As a puppy, he is a blank slate.  He is not housebroken, but he is using potty pads while his foster mom is at work.  He will require basic puppy training/classes for him to become his best self.  Please be patient while he is learning – he is still a baby.  He is learning every minute of every day and gaining confidence in himself. He will be a great addition to any home.

Apollo is current on age-appropriate vaccines, dewormed and microchipped.      We require a spay/neuter contract to be signed at the time of adoption (the cost of his neuter is included in the adoption fee and fully explained in the contract).   He is scheduled to be neutered at Operation Pets in September 2023 and it will be the adopter's responsibility to take him to the appointment.  His adoption fee is $450
