You can't get much cuter than Kirsey!  Kirsey is a 7 month old Shih Tzu puppy.  She is a tiny one too, only weighing 7 pounds!  Kirsey was freed from a breeder once they realized they could not breed her due to her significant underbite.  Woohoo!  Her underbite is definitely more pronounced but we know it just makes her as cute as a button.  

Kirsey is a smart little dog, learning all sorts of new stuff in her foster home.  She is very very playful with other dogs and loves toys!  Although she could be by herself, we would love to see another playful dog in her future home.  She is a big time cuddler with a couple of the dogs in her foster home too.  Kirsey is working on her housetraining - she knows what to do outside and also uses pee pads in her home but you will need to continue to work on this skill with her.  She is still just a baby and just recently started living in a home so all of this is still new to her!  Kirsey has not been around kids in her foster home but we believe she will be fine with them.  She is very small so they will need to be gentle with her.  She is good with other dogs but nothing too big - again she is tiny! Kirsey has not been introduced to a leash yet so a fenced yard is preferred (no invisible fences) at this point but not required.  Kirsey is being crate trained in her foster home but she is not happy about it.  She would much rather be gated in a secure area than in a crate. Kirsey will need regular grooming throughout her life so please keep that in mind This little puppy is going to be a wonderful addition to a home!  She still needs some training to get her there but everything is definitely looking much better for her future now!

Kirsey is spayed, up to date with vaccines, microchipped, flea/worm treated and tested neg. for heartworm.  She has also been professionally groomed.  Her adoption fee is $500
