Alina and Ava arrived in NY on a dark and stormy night, 7 weeks old and barely 1 pound each!  They affectionately become known as our Magical Midnight puppies!  We were told they were originally from a chihuahua breeder dabbling in some designer breeds - so we are not sure of their breed mix.  They have soft coats and long legs.  All we know is that they are adorable!  now, finally after a few months of gaining weight and getting medically ready - our girls are ready to find their new homes! 

Alina & Ava are both incredibly sweet and affectionate.  They are smart little girls too - just recently learning stairs, both up and down!  They are going outside with the other dogs in their foster home now too.  They have a fully fenced yard in their foster home so there has not been an introduction to a leash yet.  They are used to using potty pads so housetraining will be left up to their new families.  They do well in a crate as long as they are together.  There will likely be some adjustment time when they are first separated (yes we are separating them and will NOT adopt them out together) so please be prepared.  They love to play and wrestle with each other and another small, playful dog in their new home would be nice but not required.  Both the girls have really loud high pitched barks so apartments are not going to be considered.  Cats in their new home will be fine.  Because of their tiny size, no large dogs and only older, respectful kids. 

Ava is the shier of the two - still a happy and outgoing pup, just not as brave.  She follows her sister everywhere and if Alina says it's safe, Ava will be right behind her!  She has a shorter, scruffy coat - still very soft.  She a few splashes of white on her and we think her tiny beard is the best!  Ava loves to be held and wants to be nuzzled up under your chin and neck - it is her safe spot!  She wants to be part of the fun when the antics get going and will firmly stand her ground when someone tries to take her favorite chewy or toy!  This pretty little girl will steal your heart with those big eyes!

Ava is spayed, up to date on vaccines, microchipped and flea/worm treated.   Her adoption fee is $450
