Terrier / Labrador Retriever / Mixed (short coat) : : Male : : Baby : : Large
Learn more about the Labrador Retriever. Skip Bo is a happy pup of unknown breed mix - maybe some kind of terrier/lab mix? He is approximately 3 months old and currently weighs about 17 pounds. We do not know what his parents were but he is expected to be a large breed dog when fully grown! Skip is a typical pup with lots of energy and love to give! He is smart and has picked up some basic commands such as sit and down. He also knows what outside means! He is working on his housetraining but is still a baby so it will take some additional time and training. Once he has the full focus of his new family, training should come along in no time. He is crate trained but has yet to be introduced to a leash as he has a fully fenced yard in his foster home. He does well with other dogs and loves the cats in his foster home. Kids will not be an issue as long as they are sturdy and take his size as he grows up. Skip loves people and is eager to make them happy. He loves to be outside but sometimes needs some extra encouragement in the morning or when he is napping. Skip Bo loves toys and chewies! He will happily nap by his foster mom's feet while she is working. He is a still just a baby and will get into mischief if not monitored! just your typical puppy stuff. Skip Bo is a lovely boy that has a great personality! Skip Bo is up to date with age appropriate vaccines, microchipped, flea/worm treated. His neuter is scheduled for April 30th and will be the responsibility of the adopter to take him- therefore we are requiring a spay/neuter contract to be signed at the time of adoption (the cost of his neuter is included in his adoption fee and fully explained in the contract). His adoption fee is $400
