Sweet little Sandy came to us from Texas.  She is about 2 years old and weighs around 7 pounds, give or take.  

Sandy is a loving loyal little dog!  She is a total love bug full of happiness!  Sandy is happiest when she can snooze the day away under lots of blankets - be careful when you sit down on the couch lol.  Her foster mom works from home and Sandy will zoom into the office to shower her with kisses every few hours - then off she goes, back to the blankets.  Sandy gets along well with other little dogs.  She was exposed briefly to cats and had no issues.  Sandy would do best with older kids.  She is a still getting used to the cold weather in NY so housetraining is still  a work in progress.  She has been introduced to  potty pads at her foster home but hasn't grasped the concept yet.   Sandy is not leash trained so she will need a fully fenced yard (no electric or invisible fences).  Sandy is not a fan of the crate.  She is currently left behind a gate when her foster mom leaves the house.  Sandy will need some time and patience in her new home - her whole life was just turned upside down.  If you think you can provide Sandy with love, kisses and a warm bed - please apply on our website!

Sandy is spayed, up to date with vaccines, microchipped, flea/worm treated and tested neg. for heartworm.  Her adoption fee is $400
