Brussels is a fun little chihuahua that arrived in Buffalo from Texas.  He is about 1 year old and 7 pounds.  He has long legs!

Brussels is a happy boy.  He loves to be held and always wants to be picked up by his foster mom!  Brussels is often found cuddled up in a dog bed under a blanket!  This winter stuff is new to him!  He gets along with other dogs but can be dominant with males - mainly due to him not being neutered. He is also working on his housetraining - he will need more work and patience with this.  He does go outside to go to the bathroom but does mark inside the house.  He currently uses a belly band in his foster home.  We think once he has some more training and time under his belt, he will adjust but you must put in the time and effort to get him there.   Brussels is crate trained and working on his leash skills.  He does not have any issues with the cats in his foster home.  Kids should be fine as long as they are respectful of Brussels size.  He does have a big bark so apartments will not be ideal for him.  He is a loving little dog that will make someone very happy!

Brussels is scheduled to be neutered 2/12 but we are accepting applications now.  He will be neutered, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, flea/worm treated and tested neg. for heartworm at the time of adoption.  His adoption fee is $400
