Buddy is a 10 year old chihuahua that found himself in a shelter in Texas.  We are suckers for the old ones here at PMR and we know a lot of our adopters are too!  We were happy to scoop him up and get him to NY as fast as possible.  He was in rough shape, underweight, in need of a dental and lots of hair loss.  

Buddy is a quiet boy that wants a quiet home where he can snooze the day away.  He likes to be under a blanket as this Buffalo weather is an adjustment to him.  You do have to encourage him to go outside when it's cold too but once he is out there, he does his business and comes right back in!  He walks nicely on a leash too.  He would prefer to potty in a fenced yard but would adjust to leash walks if need be.   Maybe it will warm up soon Buddy!  He is good with other dogs that like to cuddle and are not annoying to him.  He likes a good bath and getting all gussied up!  Buddy does have a cloudy eye but it does not seem to impair him.  He is a low key gent.  He would enjoy a person that likes to go for walks and drive thru's.  He likes attention and would love to lay next to someone while they watch tv or read.  

Buddy is neutered, up to date with vaccines, microchipped, flea/worm treated and tested neg. for heartworm.  He also had a dental.  His adoption fee is $250
