Fun & Feisty is Harper's motto!  This little girl is about 4 months old and just under 7 pounds.  She is a little terrier mix that originally hailed from Texas but has made her mark on NY already!

Harper may be small but she has big dog persona and enough energy for 4 dogs.  She can keep up with the bigger pups in her foster home with no issue.  Harper loves everyone she meets, she is ready for play or snuggles. Harper is good with cats too - she thinks they want to play with her.  Harper is working on her housetraining - but she is still a baby so more work will be required in her forever home.  She uses pee pads too as the cold rainy weather we have had is hard for her.  Harper has a fully fenced yard in her foster home and has not been introduced to the leash yet.  She loves to be outside and encourages running, wrestling and other adventures with her foster friends.  

Harper is spayed, up to date with age appropriate vaccines, microchipped, flea/worm treated.  her adoption fee is $400
