Learn more about the Shih Tzu. Learn more about the Pug.

Biggie Biggie Biggie!  What a unique breed mix this guy is.  Biggie has the look and coat of a Shih Tzu but there is definitely Pug in there, especially in his personality!  He has the classic curly Q pug tail and is talkative like a pug.  He also does the puggy cartwheel when he is peeing lol!  And that mug of his - when that tooth comes out, it is the best.  He is 3 years old and 21 pounds.

Biggie is a well behaved dog.  He listens to his foster mom and is content to snooze the day away.  He gets excited when his foster mom gives him attention and let's her know he is always ready for more.  Biggie appears to be housetrained!  We always say expect accidents and an adjustment time though.  We weren't sure at first because he does not always go when outside but man can this dog hold it!  And he has been letting his foster mom know when he has to go now.  We tried walked Biggie on a leash to see if that helps but no - he will only go so far and then he's done.  So a fenced yard would be best (no invisible fences though). Biggie has no interest in any of the other dogs in his house - he is good with them just doesn't really interact or play with them.  Cats are no issue.  Biggie has not been tested with kids in his foster home so we will say 12+ is good as long as they are respectful and kind to him.  Biggie is not a fan of the crate so to keep the peace with him, we compromised and gate him in the kitchen.  He sleeps in his little bed and is just fine.  Biggie is not fond of being picked up.  His foster mom is working on it though.  Biggie will need regular grooming throughout his life so please take that into consideration too.

Biggie is neutered, up to date with vaccines, microchipped, flea/worm treated and tested neg. for heartworm.  He has also been given a dental and had his ear infections treated too!  Biggie's adoption fee is $400
