This little guy is very affectionate!  He loves to be on a lap and be with his people.  Simon is a chihuahua mix, about 4 years old and weighs around 7 pounds.  He is doing very well with his housetraining and we are starting to test him out on the leash.  He likes other dogs and does not seem to mind the cat.  Simon was an owner surrendor at a shelter but we do not know why, sometimes people do not give any explanation.  He is very cuddley and loves to snuggle up to you whenever he gets the chance. 
If you want a little lap dog that is still playful and active - Simon is the man for you!

  • If you would like to adopt one of our "Pixies" you must fill out an application- it is the first step in the adoption process and we cannot move forward without a completed application.

  •  We will call your vet's office for a reference - you must call them and give permission to release information to Pixie Mamas Rescue.

  • All animals breeds & ages are 'to our best our knowledge'

  • We DO NOT adopt out of state (including Canada) OR over 1 1/2 hours away from Buffalo, NY. NO exceptions. Please do not apply. (Any travel IN our adoption area is at the discretion of the foster home.)
