Oh Henry!  He is an observant little boy.  Henry and his brother, William, traveled from Texas in order to find his forever home.  At only 12 weeks old, Henry tends to sit back and watch what is going on before jumping in.  He is very smart as well.  He knows how to sit like a statue!  Henry is very cuddly too. He wants to be held like a baby as long as he can.  Henry is crate trained and currently working on his house training.  Which, he is mastering quite well.  With some more time and consistency, Henry will catch be trained in no time.  He knows exactly what to do when you take him out, it's up to you to take him out regularly.  Henry is a typical puppy!  He is a happy go lucky boy who is eager to learn and eager to please.  Of course, being a hound with long legs, Henry does like to counter surf.  In his foster home, his mama is teaching Henry boundaries by teaching him "off" and using a firm "no" Of course, Henry will listen and immediately sit thinking he will be rewarded with a special treat.  Henry is a sponge and catches on quickly. He wants all the praise he can get at his young age.  He just wants you to be happy with him.  Being a puppy and all, Henry is a blank slate.  It will be up to his forever family to train him and help Henry become the best companion and family member he can be.  If you think you have the time to continue working with Henry, make sure you apply.  

Henry is up to date on vaccines, flea/worm treated and microchipped.  Due to the Covid 19 crisis, we are unable to get him neutered prior to adoption.  We are requiring a spay/neuter contract to be signed at the time of adoption.
