Strike a pose Murphy - you handsome devil!  This photogenic boy is a 4-year-old pug/beagle mix AKA Puggle.  He was rescued from a local shelter during the corona virus shut down and we are pretty glad to help such a great dog and great shelter.  Murphy is about 30 pounds.  

Murphy is a pretty cool dog with a good attitude about life.  He is nicely crate trained and will often put himself to bed at night under a blanket.  He walks on a leash and gets soooo excited when he sees anyone getting a leash or harness on.  He is ready to go!  Murphy is doing well on his housetraining - it's hard to gauge in his foster home due to him being not being neutered initially and there was some initial marking.  Just expect additional training and accidents for a while and hopefully, he will adjust quickly.  He does have a fenced yard in his foster home and enjoys being outside.  Murphy has some basic training - he knows some commands and comes when he is called.   He is good in the car too.  Murphy is good with other dogs.  Cats are iffy - he doesn't mind them but then if they run, game on!  Must be the beagle in him.  Nothing aggressive so far though - just chase.   Murphy has not been tested with children in his foster home.  He does have a big bark so apartments are not ideal.  

Murphy is neutered, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, dewormed and tested neg. for heartworm.  His adoption fee is $350
