Athena is a beautiful 5-6 month old pit bull terrier mix.  She was rescued along with her brother and sisters when they were left in a field. Athena did have a cherry eye which was repaired during her spay.   She is now a healthy happy puppy looking for a new family to love!

Athena is an active, smart, fun loving girl who just wants to play her days away. She loves toys and games of any kind.  She is very food motivated and eager to please so we think training for this girl will be a breeze.  She is working on leash training and doing well for such a young puppy but will definitely need more work in her forever home.  She is picking up on house and crate training but will need frequent reminders and trips outside to be successful.  We know with one on one attention she will get it in no time! Athena loves other dogs and is annoying to cats but not harmful.  She loves people ALOT and may be better with sturdier kids or kids used to an enthusiastic puppy.  She does well in the car and seems to like going anywhere you want to take her especially if she gets a pup cup or treats of any kind! 

Athena is a great little puppy and we think she would make a wonderful addition to almost any home.  She does need puppy training to ensure she becomes a well behaved adult dog but she has a great temperament and a willingness to learn.  Her personality is just amazing and we just can’t express how fun and loving she is! 

Athena is spayed, up to date with vaccines, microchipped, flea/worm treated and has had a cherry eye repair surgery.  Her adoption fee is $350
