This fun boy is Pancho!  He is a 1-year-old chihuahua mix, weighing about 10 pounds.  

Pancho lived in a house with way too many dogs and needed rescue before he went to a shelter.  He was the smallest of the group but he quickly learned to stick up for himself.  Pancho is an energetic boy - he loves to run and play.  He is good with other dogs but can be dominant - nothing aggressive, he just wants them to know he's the boss.  Cats are no issue - he wants to play.  Kids are fine too!  Pancho loves to play outside so a fenced yard would be nice for him.  He is learning to walk on a leash but it's still a work in progress.  He is very young so he will get it!  Pancho is doing well on his housetraining but he is still young and recently neutered, he is going to need a little more training and time to adjust.  He does know that he is supposed to go outside so that's helpful!  Pancho is also crate trained.  He is obedient and comes when he is called - he also knows how to sit now!  He has taken a few car rides with his foster mom and does well.  The chihuahua in him definitely shines through when it's time to settle down - he has all the lapdog traits!  Blankets are his favorite and he likes to make little caves.  Pancho enjoys a good chewie and loves toys.  He is a charming little guy with lots of personality jammed into a little body!  This guy will make sure you smile and laugh while you are stuck in the house!

Pancho is neutered, up to date with vaccines, microchipped, flea/worm treated and tested neg. for heartworm.  His adoption fee is $350 - please apply on our website if you are interested in adopting him!
