Simon is ready for his new home!  He is about 1.5 years old and weighs 20 pounds.  We think he is a spaniel mix, there are probably a few breeds in there!  

Simon is a sweetheart.  He is a fun-loving character, very affectionate and loving.  He is a lap dog - a very floppy snuggly guy.   He still has lots of playful puppy energy there too.  He is very good with kids and other dogs.  No cats for him though.  He appears to be housetrained but please expect some adjustment time.  He is crate trained too but will bark to get out if people are around.  He loves everyone he meets!  Simon is a door dasher - if he sees an opening, he will go for it.  So his new owner needs to be diligent.  He can be an escape artist is left to his own in a fenced yard.  Leashed walks would be ideal for Simon.  Simon is very smart and eager to learn.  He will make a great companion!  Simon will require regular grooming throughout his life so please keep that in mind.
