Well isn't this the cutest little dog?  Bernie and his brother Donald are Poodle/Chihuahua mixes!  We definitely see both breeds in these boys and believe they will be low shedders, if at all.   They are about 6 months old and Bernie weighs 7 pounds.  

Bernie is a sweet little thing.  He is friendly and likes people.  He is good with other dogs but barks at cats.  I think he hasn't been exposed to them and is slowly getting used to them.  Kids would be fine as long as they are gentle.  Bernie is working on his housetraining but will need some extra work in his new home.  He has a fully fenced yard in his foster home so walking on a leash is going to need some training too.  He is good in a crate.  Benny enjoys his chewies on a fresh blanket!  He is always happy to see his foster mom and likes to be held and cuddled.  He is a cute boy so if you want to make Bernie your guy  - apply now!
