Maverick is a  Husky Doo puppy looking for his forever home!  He is an extremely handsome fella with a very friendly, loyal, fun loving personality. 

Maverick loves his people, gets along well with other dogs and is good with his foster cat brothers - only puppy play interest!  Maverick is not housetrained but he is still very young and working hard on it in his foster home. He is working on leash manners and for being so young he has surprisingly picked up on that very well.  We think he will be an excellent walking companion for some lucky family. 

Maverick has many personality and physical traits of the standard poodle.  He is tall, lean, a great climber, an excellent jumper, he is extremely intelligent, eager to please, funny personality and very loyal to his family! He is being crate trained and it is coming along.  He would rather be out of it and will let you know but does settle down.   

Mavericks ideal home would be a single family home, a 6 foot privacy fence (if you have a fence) and someone that likes to be outside and play!  A family willing to put in the time and training to make him a wonderful adult and family pet.  The standard poodle and husky breed both require active lifestyles but Maverick settles down nicely when it's down time.  We alsways suggest formal training with puppies!  It helps make them wonderful dogs and Maverick is eager to learn and please people.   Maverick will require regular grooming throughout his life so please take this into consideration. 

Maverick is now neutered, up to date with vaccines, micrchipped, flea/worm treated.  His adoption fee is $450
