Meet Mila!  She is the cutest little Chihuahua mix.  Her and her brother were found on the side of the road in Texas fending for themselves.  Can you imagine?  Luckily they were saved and eventually sent here to find their happy ever afters.  Mila was very shy when she first came in and very nervous about being touched and held.  That has all changed as she loves people now and wants nothing more than to cuddled and loved.  Mila is still a little on the submissive side and at times tinkles a little when approached by a new person but that has improved greatly and we think she will eventually grow out of that as she gains even more confidence.  Mila loves to play!  She loves other dogs, especially ones her own size who like to run and wrestle.  Mila can be a little on the bossy side especially with toys (typical Chihuahua)  but she doesn’t have a mean bone in her body.  Mila is crate trained and has very few accidents in the home as long as you take her out frequently as she is still a puppy.  She walks okay on a leash but hasn’t had much experience as she has a fenced in year at her foster home so she will need work in this area.  As with any puppy we strongly recommend formal puppy classes to work on basic manners (such as the leash) and help you bond with your new family member.
