Scrappy Doo where are you?  Right here in Buffalo!  This scrappy boy is quite the dog!  We have no clue what his breed mix is - he tall and lanky.   our best guess is a Fox Terrier mix.  He literally looks like a Teacup Hound dog!  Big dog looks in a little dog body.  Scrappy Doo is about 1 year old and weighs 20 pounds.

Scrappy is incredibly affectionate - he is a people pleaser for sure.  He loves attention and will put his paws up on you to get some!  He is very playful, especially with other dogs.  He loves to run so a fenced yard would be ideal.  Toys are his favorite things!  Scrappy Doo appears to be housetrained (expect some adjustment time as he learns a new routine and home).  He is nicely crate trained and leash trained.  He knows sit and that usually turns into a belly rub lol.   We don't know a lot about Scrappy's previous life - only that he was found running after being hit by a car in Texas.  Nope they didn't stop to see if he was ok and Scrappy just got scared and took off.  Thankfully a good Samaritan who witnessed it was there to help him to safety!  Dogs like Scrappy have little to no chance in finding homes in Texas.  But in Buffalo - we can't get enough of these handsome mutts!   Scrappy Doo does have some hair loss as he was treated for demodex mange (not contagious!) prior to coming to us but he is slowly getting it back and loves a good bubble bath!  

Scrappy is neutered, up to date with vaccines, microchipped, flea/worm treated and tested neg for heartworm.  His adoption fee is $350 - please apply on our website if you are interested in making Scrappy your forever friend!
