Schnelee is a beautiful puppy -we think she is Dachshund/Min Pin mix.  She came to us from Texas with her siblings  - she is looking for love in NY now!

 Schneelee is leash, crate and house trained but expect accidents with the transition to a new home. Schneelee has really had a run of bad luck in life coming to us emaciated, with skin issues and an injured tail.  She was smaller then her siblings and you could just tell life was a little bit harder on her.  After a little while in foster care Schneelee was having a change in luck by finding a wonderful new Mom to love her.  Then the unthinkable happened and she broke not one but both of her front legs in a freak accident.  Her new Mom  had to make the heartbreaking decision to return her to rescue as she lived in a 3rd story apartment that was no longer safe for her.  She is doing well now and will be ready for her forever home very soon.  Schneelee will need a home with minimal stairs and if there is another dog in the home it must be her size or smaller.  Older kids are ok as long as they are respectful of her needs.   If you think you can provide a safe loving home for this precious girl please don’t hesitate to apply.  

Schneelee is spayed, up to date with vaccines, microchipped, flea/worm treated and tested neg for heartworm.  Her adoption fee is $350 - please apply online if you would like to make her your new best friend!
