Sheba & Duke are a couple of sweet poodles that were brought to a local shelter.  Apparently they were being babysat by a family friend but when the owner never came back for them, they had no place to go.  They were quite scared at the shelter and when Pixie Mamas got the call, we of course could not resist!  Sheba is about 5 years old and 12 pounds and Duke is 2 years old and 13 pounds.  They are quite bonded and we will be adopting them out together.

The poodles are happy, playful and sweet.  They love to be outside and to run and play play play.  A fenced yard is ideal for them.  They are nicely crate trained and will hop right in without a peep.  The poodles are housetrained but please expect some adjustment time.  They are good with other dogs and will play nicely.  They will guard chewies from them though - just dogs, not people. They do not like cats.  Kids are fine as long as they are respectful.  They are good watch dogs and when a new person is around they will let you know.  They get excited with attention and love.  They are both sweet little dogs and will make wonderful companions!

Duke & Sheba are spayed/neutered, up to date with vaccines, microchipped, flea/worm treated, tested neg for heartworm.  Both dogs are scheduled for a groom and they will need continued grooming for the rest of their lives.  The adoption fee for BOTH dogs is $600 ($300 each) and we will not seperate them.  Please apply online if you are interested in this adorable duo!
