Beautiful Smidge!  She is a Catahoula mix - about 8 months old and 30 pounds.  Smidge came to us from Texas where dogs like her a dime a dozen and they have no chance of finding a home.  Pixie Mamas is happy to help her find a place to hang her hat in WNY!

Smidge is pretty as can be!  She is smart and learning many new things in her foster home.  Smidge lived outside her whole life prior to Pixie Mamas so many typical things have to be learned.  She is now crate trained and walking on a leash.  She gets nervous sometimes so her foster family would like her to have a fenced yard.  She has been doing well with housetraining and will need to learn a new routine in her new home.  Please expect accidents as she adjusts.  Smidge does well with other dogs but has not been tested with cats.  We would like her to have another dog in her new home - she is so happy and more comfortable when other dogs are around!  Older kids are best - she still gets spooked by the fast moves of little ones.  Smidge would do better in a quieter home - noises still make her frightened.  Things should improve for her as she gets accustomed to her new life.  

Smidge is spayed, up to date with vaccines, microchipped, flea/worm treated and tested neg. for heartworm.  Her adoption fee is $350.  Please apply on our website if you are interested in giving this little lady a new home and life!
