This happy go lucky dog is Sir Lucky!   He came to us via a shelter where he was surrendered.  Due to his age, they thought rescue was his best option! Lucky is about 10 years old and a dachshund mix - but don’t let that age fool you.  Lucky has more energy and spunk then dogs half his age!   

Sir Lucky is very intelligent and very well trained. He is crate trained, potty trained and knows all the commands from sit, stay, go lay down, when called he comes waddling over to you with the biggest smile on his face! Lucky is great with children and loves people but can be a little fearful of select males.  Lucky also would love a dog friend who he can run around the yard with and cuddle up next to.  Some of Lucky’s favorite activities include being with his family, playing with a ball, running around with his doggy friends or cuddling up next to you (he is a great snuggle bug).  A fenced in yard would be a plus but not required as long as you can spend lots of time outside on walks and in parks with him!  He does like to chase squirrels too!  He has not been tested with cats.  Kids are fine too! This adorable goofball is such a happy dog and is guaranteed to make you smile! 

Lucky is neutered, up to date on vaccines, tested neg. for heartworm, microchipped, flea/worm treated.  Lucky had a benign mass removed from his chest area and a dental too!  Lucky's front legs have a congenital deformities but shows no signs of pain or arthritis.  His adoption fee is $200 - please apply on our website if you are interested!
