Learn more about the Shih Tzu.

Lovely Bella!  She is a cute little Shih Tzu, 9 years old and 15 pounds.  Bella came to us from the puppy mills of Ohio, where she spent her entire life making money for them by having litter after litter.  When she became too old to breed, they threw her away!  This girl's life has just begun!

Bella is doing well in her foster home!  She loves her foster dad!  Bella is happy around other little dogs and they seem to be showing her the ropes of living in a home! She is picking up their  good habits fast and will continue to learn.  She has no issues with cats   Bella is working on her leash skills and is crate trained.  She is doing well on her house training but please expect accidents as she adjusts. A fenced yard would be best for her.   Kids would be ok but they should be respectful to her.  She is good in the car!  A very sweet girl!

Bella is now spayed, up to date with vaccines, heart worm neg.,  microchipped and she has been given a dental!  Bella has also been groomed   She will need regular grooming every 8-12 weeks so please take that into consideration.  Her adoption fee is $350, please apply on our website!
