Honey Girl is a sweet 3 year old Chihuahua mix - she is very tall and yet only 9 pounds!  She came to Pixie Mamas from Texas.  She was heartworm positive and basically unadoptable there.  Well we weren't going to let that stop Honey from having the life she deserves!  We got her here and treated her heartworm and now she is ready for a new home!

Simply put, Honey is amazing!  She is a foster favorite!  Honey loves to play and run!  She loves other dogs and will win over even the most cranky dog to love her and play with her!  She is good with cats too.  Kids will be fine as long - they should be respectful of little dogs though!  Honey is a true lap dog and will cuddle with you all night if you let her.  She is leash trained and crate trained.  When she came to us, she was a flight risk (it took a long time to catch her in Texas!).  But now all we have to do is call her and she comes running to us!  Honey will bark at new people in your home but quickly settles in and wants to be pet and loved by them.  She has the most expressive face, you know exactly what she is feeling!  LOVE!  Honey loves to play with toys and run in the yard.  A fenced yard would be ideal for her.  Honey is housetrained too!  Whoever adopts this loving, gentle dog will be very happy!

Honey is now spayed, up to date with vaccines, microchipped, flea/worm treated and has gone through heartworm treatment.  It is imperative that she remain on heartworm preventative for the rest of life so please take that into consideration.  Her adoption fee is $300 - please apply online if you are interested in making Honey part of your family!
