Contact Hudson's Caretaker/Foster Directly: Carolyn

Hello Hudson!  This scruffy boy is about 4 years old and 25 pounds.  He is a terrier mix, goofy, affectionate and adorable!  He was found as a stray and never claimed - he needed a rescue to help him find a new home and we said ok!

Hudson loves affection and to be pet!  He walks nicely on a leash and loves to go on walks.  He will take off if given the opportunity so he will need a fenced yard or someone to walk him often.  He is crate trained and likes to sleep in his dog bed.  Hudson prefers the company of women to men - he is still leery of his foster dad.  He will need time and patience to get over this. At the shelter, it was determined he had possession issues over food and bones so potential adopters need to be aware.  Older kids only because of this.  He does take treats nicely and is a very sweet dog otherwise!  He will just need a dog savvy owner to keep him in line!

Hudson is now neutered, up to date with vaccines, microchipped, heartworm neg, flea/worm treated.  He was diagnosed with dermatitis at the shelter and that is resolving itself now.  He also was diagnosed with Spondylosis which is basically spine degeneration.  He will need to stay on supplements to help with this.  Please don't disregard him because of this - he is a happy boy that deserves his happily ever after!  Hudson's adoption fee is $250
