Dear sweet Miss Lady Jane!  This beautiful dog was dumped at a horse farm where a past adopter found her and called us for help!  There was no way we could say no to that face - especially knowing all the senior dachshund lovers we have out there!

Lady Jane is a wonderful dog!  She is quiet and gentle and loves to be pet.  She is happiest on the couch next to her person, watching the news and some good sit coms!  She is a sun bather - she will find any little ray to snooze in.  She is good being groomed and enjoys the brushing.  Lady Jane is leash trained and wouldn't mind some short walks.  She is also crate trained.  Lady Jane is good with other little dogs that are calm and not too rambunctious.  Kids are fine if they are respectful to her.  

Lady Jane is has been thoroughly checked over by our vet and is in good health.  She is up to date on her vaccines, microchipped and heartworm neg. We are not sure if she is spayed or not.  Due to her age, we decided it is in her best interest not to put her through surgery.  We want a nice safe retirement home for this rescue favorite!  Her adoption fee is $100 to help cover her vet costs.  Please apply online if you are interested in Lady Jane!
