Hi! My name is Sunshine, but my foster mom calls me Sunny Day. She says I'm a very smart girl, so she allowed me to write this, and tell you All about me. She says I have a huge and determined personality,   and should be in television or some kind of entertainment.

  I'm a 5 yo,   10 lb, Shih Tzu/ terrier mix, who was surrendered to a local shelter, with bad skin issues. I've since got some medicine, which I took like champ, and some delicious, special food, and now my hair is coming in nicely. My Foster Mom says Im already beautiful, with or without Fancy locks. She stills gives me nice warm baths, which I'm as good as gold. They don't take long to do, since I'm small and not very hairy, and I Love at the end when she bundles me up in a big warm towel. Ahhhh...life is good from now on!  

  She also tells me, I'm the best foster dog she's ever had, because I'm good at telling her when I need to go outside to potty. You see, I like to talk...a lot...and tell her things. It's not really barking I do, but talking. I also tug on her socks if she's busy doing other things, if I need her attention.  

  I live with other dogs of various sizes, at my foster home, and I'm fine with them, except if they get what I consider in my personal space, I can get nippy with them. I'm working on that too. My foster mom reassures me, that there's lots of love and food to go around, and not to worry.  

  I think in time I'll get use to it. My foster siblings are mellow and understanding, so if my forever home has other dogs, I hope they will be understanding. I'm a great cuddler, and love to sleep with my foster parents at night. The warmer the better, while my hair is growing in.  

  I also LOVE to wear clothes. My FM says a look adorable and they keep me cozy. She sometimes takes me for car rides, to visit with new people, and walking a leash, and I'm fine with it all, in fact I'm a complete social butterfly.  

  I'm already spayed, utd on my shots, heart worm negative, and microchipped. I'm the whole package! The only thing I'm not sure about is cats, because I haven't been around them, that I can recall.
