Harley is a boxer mix approx 5/6 months old.  He is a sweet and gentle boy who needs a lot of love and patience.  He was obtained off Craigslist from a suspected abusive situation and then surrendered to the shelter because he was skittish and the family didn't want him.  He is a lover but is indeed skittish.  He seems to be more afraid of men then women.  Any new sound or situation scares him to death. He freezes and needs to be carried when taken out of his comfort zone (i.e. Walks) and will need to be worked with a lot to overcome this.  He loves dogs and is curious but afraid of cats and would benefit from a confident playful dog who can show him the ropes.  He loves kids and loves to play once he opens up to you.  He is crate trained but not yet house trained and again will need a lot of patience and training in this area as I believe from his behavior this is there the abuse may have stemmed. We will require a secure fenced in yard for this dog, no exceptions, due to his fears.  He is really a wonderful and loyal dog and will be an awesome companion once he gains some confidence.  He has a lot of boxer traits... the leaning against you, the sitting on you, always at your feet and under your feet like a typical boxer! Harley is now neutered, up to date with vaccines, microchipped, flea/worm treated and tested neg for heartworm.  His adoption fee is $325
