Who doesn't love Waffles!  Waffles and his sister Peach were strays from the terrible floods of Houston -they were found wandering the streets and no one ever came to claim them. So many dogs need help from these floods and we were able to help take a few to find homes.  Welcome to New York!!  Waffles is about 11 months old and weighs less then 11 pounds.  We believe he is a Cairn Terrier mix!

Waffles is not only a handsome dog, he has a great personality too!  He is very affectionate and loves everyone he meets.  He is playful and fun, still a puppy!  He walks well on his leash and is crate trained.  Waffles is doing well on house training skills but will need some time and patience in his new home as he learns the new routine.  Waffles likes other dogs!  He loves his sister Peach and they are quite cute as they play.  No issues with the cats in his foster home.  Kids are fine - he is good with everyone!  Waffles really loves to wander in the back yard soaking up the sun!  A yard would be nice but not required.  He loves toys and chewies!  Waffles would benefit from training - he is eager to learn and enjoys the attention he receives from his foster mom as she works with him.  Waffles loves to sleep on doggie beds and pillows!  He is done with the cold hard streets and ready to be loved on forever!  Waffles LOVES New York!!

Waffles is now neutered, up to date with vaccines, microchipped, heartworm neg, flea and worm treated. Waffles also had a tooth extracted.   His adoption fee is $300 to help with his vet costs and transportation costs.  Please apply on our website if you are interested in giving him a new home!
